We encourage all diplomats and staff from embassies and diplomatic missions residing in Japan to invite others to participate.We also ask that you introduce this event to companies, restaurants, organizations, and other parties active in Japan from your own countries, so that we can attract as many relevant parties as possible.

On the day, we may ask for your invitation, so please have either a printed copy or a digital version ready with you.
